How to enable pop-ups in your web browser

GradMap uses pop-up windows to display tools and information or switch to CAM App. If pop-ups do not appear as expected,  you need to enable pop-ups in your browser settings. For information about allowlists, see

Google Chrome

1. Open Google Chrome, select the three dots (⋮) located in the top-right corner of the browser window, and choose Settings.
2. Select Privacy and security in the left-hand menu.
3. Select Site settings.
4. In the Content section, select Pop-ups and redirects.
5. Select the option to enable Sites can send pop-ups or use redirects, or in Customized behaviors add studentsguidetocollegeplanning.com and portal.gradmap.com to the Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects  list.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Mozilla Firefox, select the three lines (☰) located in the top-right corner of the browser window, and choose Settings.
2. In the left-hand menu, select Privacy & Security (lock icon).
3. In the Permissions section, find Block pop-up windows.
4. Select Exceptions and add studentsguidetocollegeplanning.com and portal.gradmap.com to the exceptions list or uncheck the box next to Block pop-up windows to enable pop-ups.

Microsoft Edge

1. Open Microsoft Edge,  select the three dots (…) located in the top-right corner of the browser window, and choose Settings.
2. Select Privacy, search, and services in the left-hand menu.
3. Select Site permissions > All permissions > Pop-ups and redirects.
4. Toggle the switch next to Blocked to enable pop-ups, or under Customized behaviors, add studentsguidetocollegeplanning.com and portal.gradmap.com to the Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects list.

Apple Safari

1. Open Safari and click on Safari in the top menu bar.
2. From the drop-down menu, select Settings.
3. In the preferences window, select the Websites tab.
4. In the left-hand menu, select Pop-up Windows.
5. Next to When visiting other websites: choose Allow.
   You can also add the site to the exceptions list. Open studentsguidetocollegeplanning.com and portal.gradmap.com review in your browser and select the settings icon on the left inside the URL address area.  Select Website settings and choose  Allow from the Pop-ups Windows list.
